Vandhaan Vendraan starring Jeeva and Taapsee in the lead roles has completed the Mumbai schedule recently.Director Kannan took lot of trouble for completing the Mumbai shoot as they canned the scenes in the most important and prohibited areas. The unit selected to shoot few important scenes at Gateway of India and Taj Hotel but the officials have rejected the permission for the shoot. Director Kannan choosed his own way and got the permission finally as they were no violence creating scenes or any weapons used, so the officers have granted the permission on some strict rules.
Every unit member has to carry his address proof along with an identity card. The permission was given only from 9 to 5 each day and the team should pack up at any cost on time. By struggling a lot the unit wrapped up the Mumbai schedule and is back to Goa for shooting a song. In this song sequence Taapsee rides a bike along with Jeeva. Quite Interesting!
