The distribution rights to Selvaraghavan’s Erandam Ulagam have been acquired by UTV Motion pictures a well known Mumbai based production house, the price tag of which is undisclosed as of now.
Initially the shots for the flick were shot with Karthi playing lead with Sandhya but shoots were halted at a later stage. In 2008 the project was resurfaced again with the director opting for a fresh pair with his brother Dhanush and the very gorgeous Andrea Jeremiah playing lead but again the project came to a momentary pause.
Director Selvaraghavan’s renewed interest in resuming the shoots and re-launching the movie with the same cast.
Yuvan Shankar Raja will be scoring the music for this offering being produced by K. Vimalgeetha.
